If you have replaced the phone you had activated for Duo Push, and the phone number is the same, you can get Duo Push working again by reactivating Duo.
- Open an internet browser and go to https://trueyou.nebraska.edu
- Click the

button
- Log in with your NUID and password
- Click the
link
- Click the
link at the bottom of the page
- The Duo universal prompt will appear with options to verify your identity
- Click the
link in the tile with your current phone number
- Download the Duo Mobile app
to allow your device to reactivate Duo
