Users may often enroll in DUO with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or Android Biometrics. A phone number is typically not added. When users attempt to log into other devices than the device tied to the web authentication method the user will be unable to log in and often require a bypass code.
Users can enroll a phone number or in the DUO app on the device tied to the web authentication method.
If you have replaced the phone you had activated for Duo Push, and the phone number is the same, you can get Duo Push working again by reactivating Duo.
