You can set DUO (what you use for myPSC.) as the authenticator APP on your phone instead of using the Microsoft Authenticator APP (install instructions here)

| Select UPDATE INFO on the Security info tile. | |

1. In the Security info box that opens, click the + Add sign-in method 2. In the Add a method box that opens, click the Choose a method drop-down 3. In the drop-down, select Authenticator app 4.Click the Add button |

5. In the Microsoft Authenticator box Click the I want to use a different authenticator app link 6. Click Next

7. Open your DUO APP Click the Add + Select the Use QR code Use the camera view to scan the code in the Authenticator app box on your screen Verify your account name in the DUO APP Click Save You will use the Passcode in the next step

8. Back to the myaccount portal enter the code from the DUO APP |

9. On the Security info screen check to make sure that the Authenticator app - Time-based one-time password (TOTP) is listed. |
