If you have had a name change, job title change, or other reason, you can re-create the signature or edit the existing one.

- Edit your signature.
- Make sure you are in Outlook.
- Create a new email message
Using the Outlook APP
- Click the drop down next to the signature icon
- Select Edit Signatures
- In the window that open select your signature and click Edit
- Edit and Save.
Using Outlook Online
- Click the drop down next to the signature icon
- Select Signatures
- In the window Compose and reply window make sure the signature you want to edit is showing.
- Edit your signature and click
Changes should reflect immediately.
