Use the Scan and Send function in Access Device.
- Log into the copier.
- Choose Access Device
- The Scan and Send tile is a shortcut to scan to email for yourself, someone else, or send a fax.
- Choose the New Destination tile
- Choose the Email icon
- In the white space enter the email address of the person to receive the scan.
- Don't forget to Exit when done using the copier.
Students will first need to print to the copier from a campus computer that they logged into before they can use the copier services. This first print job registers them with PaperCut.
