Here are some things to look at for troubleshooting printing on a MAC.
- Ensure you are logged into the MAC with your current username and password.
- Check that you are on PSC Wireless.
- Check to see if the printer is paused.
- Open System Preference and select Printers & Scanners.
- Under the Printers list, highlight the copier/printer you want to print on.
- Click the Open Print Queue... button
- In the top right of the new window, look for the OR
- If it is click the icon to turn it to the icon.
If you are still having printer issues, submit a support ticket by sending an email to support@peru.edu. Please include the copier to are having issues printing on.
