In most cases forgetting all PSC Wi-Fi networks, Go Blue and/or Secure Blue, then reconnecting to only Secure Blue resolves the issue.

Make sure to check that you're using your most current password by going to Office.com and logging in to your bobcats.peru.edu account. You will use the username (everything before the "@bobcats.peru.edu" or "@peru.edu") and the same password you use for Office.com when you connect to Secure Blue.
