Introduction
Provide a link to an existing knowledge base article to a ticket.
Instructions
- Click the knowledge icon on the right side gutter.
- The knowledge space opens with suggested articles.
- If there are no suggested articles you will need to do a search.
- Click the article to open it to make sure it addresses inquiry.
- If the article will provide the necessary information then click the chain icon at the top of the article.
- Verify the article is linked in the comment section of the ticket.

Using the knowledge base icon you can link tickets directly into the ticket.
