Prior to moving a VOIP hard phone (Allo office phone) from one location to another or off campus, the agency must send a Service Request ticket to the Allo team that includes the current and new address (location). This needs to be done so that the Allo can update the E-911 address at the carrier level.

To create a ticket for the address update submit a ticket and provide the phone number that needs to move, its current and new location.
