To print in certain locations on campus, we use Print Deploy to manage print drivers, default printers, etc.
If you log into one of these computers with your domain account, Print Deploy automatically connects and downloads the necessary information using your login credentials, and you'll be able to print right away. However, if you log into one of these computers using a guest account, Print Deploy is unable to pass through any credentials. Instead, you will need to log into Print Deploy with your school email credentials via the Print Deploy popup in order to print.
To print while signed in as a guest, please sign into the Print Deploy Client when the Print Deploy Client opens on startup:
- The Sign In popup will look like this:
Students:
- Sign in using your Peru credentials. You can either sign in using your full email as your username:
- Or using everything before the "@" symbol as your username:
- Your password is the same password you use to log into your Peru email.
Employees:
- Sign in using your Peru credentials. You can either sign in using your full email as your username:
- Or using everything before the "@" symbol as your username:
- Your password is the same password you use to log into your Peru email.
