Make sure you are looking under "This PC" in file explorer for the shared drives and not "Network".
Shared drives are mapped at computer logon. The ability to open or see your drives can be disrupted if you lose or disrupted network access. This is especially true with a laptop.
- The fastest troubleshooting step is to reboot your computer.
- Make sure you are on the correct network. If you are on wireless then you need to be on PSC Wireless. It is the only wireless network that allows access to shared drives.
- Make sure you are logging into the computer with your current username and password for email.
